To carry out the following tasks:
- selling products to end customers in the IONEX shop or at trade fairs and other events
- answering telephone calls
- preparing packages of orders or service items for dispatch
- pre-sale inspection of items and their stocks, warehouse inspection
- administration of IONEX online stores
- taking care of marketing communication with customers via newsletters, social media
- designing adverts, banners and other marketing activities
- preparation of documentation for accounting
- taking care of postal items
- an overview of the IONEX service department
We expect:
- Relevant professional qualifications (at least level VI)
- at least 2 years' experience in a comparable post
- Conscientious work
- fast learning
- a very high degree of autonomy
- good organisational and communication skills
- highly motivated and results-oriented
- fluency in English
