The ionizer cleans the air thoroughly and reliably. However, please note that the results of air purification may only be visible after more than 3 weeks, as it depends on how polluted the air is and also on the time of year (in winter, the air is more polluted due to fuel residues in the air). In summer, it takes longer for the dirt to become noticeable. The result of the cleaning is a gray-black trace that accumulates mainly around the ionizer (up to a distance of approx. 1.5 m on each side and approx. 0.5 m in height). Clean this trace with a damp cloth and cleaning agent. The trace may also be visible on the wall behind the ionizer, so we recommend that you protect it with acrylic or washable paint, wallpaper or self-adhesive foil that can be easily cleaned.

To test how polluted the air around you is, place a white piece of paper under the ionizer and watch how long it takes for traces of dirt to appear on the paper - within three weeks you should notice a darker spot around the ionizer.

Where to place an ionizer for effective air purification?

For fast and effective air purification, it is best to place the ionizer as high as possible - at a height of more than 1.80 m. The negative ions slowly fall towards the ground in a long arc, binding to all pollutants in the air on their way.

If the ionizer is placed at a height of approx. 2 m, it has a range of approx. 8 m, but of course it depends on the amount of dirt in the air and the effect and speed of cleaning varies from case to case. Greater air pollution is affected by the presence of roads (especially motorways and expressways) nearby, the presence of fireplaces in the area, fireplaces and stoves using solid fuels, the presence of industry, sand pits, quarries; a higher proportion of pollen in the air is affected by the proximity of forests and meadows. All these particles, even those with a diameter smaller than a micron, can be removed from the air by negative ions without any problems. The air is completely clean and fresh.

How is ion therapy performed?

Negative ions are essential in all indoor spaces (especially those full of synthetic materials); they purify the air, bring better concentration and well-being, reduce stress hormones, headaches, and respiratory illnesses.

Regular daily (and nightly) ion therapy is recommended for preventing colds and other infectious diseases, for strengthening the immune system of children so that they can achieve the best results. Ion therapy helps with all problems related to the lack of negative ions, asthma, allergies, hypertension, stress and unhealthy working and living environment. Above all, it is important for eliminating the symptoms of all types of allergies, asthma and histamine intolerance, as it naturally and without unwanted side effects reduces excess histamine in the blood.

Ion therapy is performed by simply inhaling negative ions near the carbon brush as many times a day and as long as possible, but at least 10 minutes per inhalation and a total of about 3 hours a day. The ionizer should be as close as possible, as the largest amounts of negative ions are found near the carbon brush. All-night therapy is also recommended in all cases of allergies, asthma, hypertension, all types of respiratory diseases, weak immune systems, hormonal imbalances, etc. For night therapy, simply place the ionizer on your bedside table or near your bed so that it faces you and let it run all night.

Ion therapy

Ion therapy has its origins in nature and is one of the scientific disciplines behind it. In fact, the positive effects of negative ions on the human body, health and well-being have been proven to be numerous.
Dr Kornblueh, a pioneer in this kind of research, has shown that ion therapy should start by adding negative ions to the atmosphere of living spaces and workplaces to improve the natural balance disturbed by civilisation.
This procedure removes the symptoms - stuffy nose, burning eyes, coughing and other inconveniences caused by allergies, as proven by successful scientists Prof. Sulman from Israel, Prof. Krueger from the USA, Prof. Bulatov from Russia, Prof. Bechgaard and Prof. Bennevie from Denmark and others.
The Faculty of Biology and Human Health in Surrey studied the effects of ionization in a thousand people who used an ionizer for a long period of time. The Leonardos Method

The IONEX is one of the few ionizers where you can breathe in negative ions directly next to the carbon brush without worry, as it does not produce harmful ozone. Once the negative ions enter the blood through the lung follicles, they lower histamine levels, regulate blood pressure and pulse rate, lower stress hormone levels, regulate thyroid function, improve concentration and productivity, which is particularly desirable in business and learning.
Ion therapy is performed by daily regular inhalation as often as possible, at least after 2-3 hours a day, while performing some static activity (for example, in the evening while watching TV, reading, studying, or placing it in the office at head height). Simply hold the ionizer in your hands or place it nearby (less than a meter away) at head height and inhale deeply right next to the carbon brush (the black brush that looks out of the device). If I understand correctly, there are no filters to clean with the IONEX ionizer?

Correct!

IONEX ionizers do not have filters, as they do not filter the air. Filters are completely unnecessary, as we will explain below.

Air purification works like this: Negative ions bind to all particles in the air, the particles fall to the floor and surfaces and remain there until you wipe them away. In other words, the purification takes place in the air, the pollutants fall to the surfaces and the floor. It is important that these particles no longer rise into the air and you can no longer breathe them in. The ionizer never attracts dirt, but it is true that the most dirt accumulates near the ionizer, because that is where the air purification (particle binding) takes place the fastest.
The most important thing about this method of air purification is that the ionizer is capable of emitting huge amounts of negative ions, so that air purification can be done quickly and efficiently, and that after purification, many negative ions still remain in the air to bring you therapeutic effects.

The only way to purify air with ionization is to remove submicrometer particles of soot, exhaust gases (PM particles of all sizes), chemicals and other particles from the air, which filters are unable to remove and which are the most dangerous to health. If the ionizer used a filter, it would necessarily have to circulate the air, meaning it would have to use a fan that is loud (even if it has the quietest motor), which is annoying when used in the bedroom. Our goal was to develop a device that is completely adaptable to all human needs and is unobtrusive in use. In addition, you have less work to do with cleaning the device and no hidden costs with filter changes. The carbon brush is durable, has a very long lifespan and does not need to be replaced.

How do I clean my ionizer?

Maintaining the ionizer is simple. Unplug the ionizer from the mains and first discharge it. Do this by placing the plug on the carbon brush for a moment. You can repeat this discharge several times a week, not only when cleaning, especially if you hear a slight crackling sound from the appliance or you get a static shock when you touch the carbon brush (this means that too much static electricity has accumulated, which is not dangerous, it just feels unpleasant). Then clean it or wipe the surface of the carbon brush with a soft cloth (which can be slightly damp, but not wet!), preferably microfiber. We recommend that you also clean the immediate surroundings of the IONEX air ionizer, as most of the dirt from the air is located near it. The amount of dirt depends on the amount of pollution in the air, the location and also the time of year (in winter, more dirt accumulates due to emissions from heating). This dirt looks like a black-gray layer and can also be deposited on the wall. We recommend that you protect the wall with acrylic paint so that you can wipe it off or install self-adhesive foil or wallpaper that can be wiped off.

The frequency of cleaning depends on the air pollution; cleaning is necessary at least once a month if the ionizer is located in a bedroom, but if the ionizer is installed in the kitchen or if there is cigarette smoke or a fireplace in the room, cleaning is recommended at least once a week, as the carbon brush can become hard and sticky to the touch. In this case, add a small amount of mild soap to the cloth to dissolve the dirt. After cleaning, it is necessary to completely remove the soap from the carbon brush with a clean cloth and let it dry thoroughly. When the carbon brush is completely dry, "comb" it with your finger a little (open up the individual carbon filaments so that they take up as much surface area as possible). Before reconnecting the appliance to the electricity, make sure that the carbon brush is completely dry.

Do not place the ionizer on electrical devices (refrigerator, TV, monitor, etc.) or metal surfaces, as this increases the generation of static electricity.

Never rinse the ionizer under running water or with other liquids. Before cleaning the device, unplug it from the power outlet and use a damp (not wet!) cloth. Do not put anything in the gap where the carbon brush is located, as this may damage it.

Can I have a window open when the IONEX ionizer is connected?

Of course. You can act as you normally would or as you wish. You can keep the windows and doors open because the negative ions are doing their job - they immediately remove all the pollution from the air that enters the living spaces.

If you live in areas where air pollution is worse all year round and in winter, when particulate matter (PM) concentrations are really high, the outdoor air is heavily polluted with soot, smoke and smog. We recommend keeping your windows closed at these times to reduce the intake of these heavy pollutants indoors. To some extent, the indoor air is still contaminated despite the closed windows, because the structure breathes and the dangerous PM particles (which are not stopped by the walls) move into the building with the new air. You can be reassured that the air will not be stale and musty despite the closed windows, because the negative ions will cleanse it of all odours and impurities.

Every time I hold a working ioniser and accidentally touch a carbon toothbrush or something metallic, I feel a slight electrical vibration. Is this normal?

First of all, we would like to stress that this is a completely normal phenomenon and that everything is perfectly fine with the appliance. It is a phenomenon of static electricity accumulating on the carbon brush due to the action of the ioniser. Static electricity is not dangerous (even for children), so don't worry, it's just the sensation of touching it that is unpleasant (it pricks you).

Humans are charged with static electricity (these are positively charged particles) because of environmental conditions (e.g. because we are surrounded by a lot of synthetic materials). When you touch a metal object (e.g. a car door), you are jolted by the static electricity as it is released through you. The same is true if you touch an ioniser, static electricity is released.

To eliminate this static electricity, the process is simple. Unplug the ioniser from the mains, place the plug on the carbon brush for a moment to allow the appliance to razelektri. You can do this on a daily basis if necessary, especially if you hear a slight crackling sound (these popping noises mean that too much static electricity has built up) or if you get static electricity shocks when you touch the carbon brush. But always discharge the ioniser before cleaning it.

Additional safety instructions

Never rinse the ioniser under running water or with other liquids when cleaning. Before cleaning the appliance, unplug it from the mains and use a damp (not wet!) cloth. Do not put anything in the slot where the carbon brush is to avoid damaging it.
Do not use the appliance if the cord, plug or other parts are damaged. In this case, the repair must be carried out by an authorised person or by our customer service. Do not allow children to play with the appliance when it is live.

Should the IONEX Air Ioniser emit any odours when it is switched on? How do I see it working?

No, we should not detect any particular odour from the IONEX, although some ion-sensitive people describe the smell of negative ions as "the fresh clean smell of a thunderstorm". The IONEX Ioniser does not have a fan, so do not expect a loud blast or any sound. If you bring your nose or mouth close to the carbon brush, you may only feel a light quiet blast when/if the voltage in the building is higher (about 230-240 V). The result of ionising the air is noticeable within a few days, when pollution from the air starts to build up around the ioniser (you may notice a dark dust circle around it - it is dark because of all the exhaust, soot, smoke and dust in the air). You can put white paper under the ioniser to test its performance. How long it will take for the dirt around the ioniser to become visible depends, of course, on how polluted the air is. The result is also visible when the sun shines into the room - when the air is ionised, there are no floating dust particles in the air. The air is fresh and clean.

Those with health problems will notice the difference first and foremost. Some examples:

  • Those of you who suffer from nasal congestion will notice that you breathe easier around the ioniser;
  • Asthmatics will notice that the incidence of respiratory distress has decreased, or that you need to use the spray/pump you use less often when needed;
  • Allergy sufferers will notice an initial relief of symptoms, and even a complete elimination of symptoms with regular use;
  • Hypertensives will notice that their blood pressure has lowered and stabilised with regular use. It is a good idea to measure and record your blood pressure on a daily basis and report any improvement to your GP so that they can adjust or even stop your medication. However, always consult your doctor about this;
  • You will notice that you are less likely to catch colds or be ill;
  • You will notice that you have more energy, more drive and better concentration at work.

What is the difference between an air ioniser and a humidifier with an ionisation button?

Big difference. An air ioniser (more specifically, an IONEX ioniser) emits a huge amount of negatively charged small air ions from the carbon brush. A negative ion is a negatively charged particle, an electron, which in this case came from the last orbit of the carbon atom.

The humidifier emits water vapour (water molecules). There is a big difference between an air ion (an electron of an atom) and a drop of water vapour (a water molecule). Why? The electron has a tendency to bind to other particles to neutralise itself. Fortunately, there are many positively charged particles in the air (pollutants) to which it can bind. However, a water droplet cannot attach to dust or other dirt in the air like negative ions can, so it has no cleaning effect. In addition, a water droplet does not have the therapeutic effects that negative ions do.

Negative ions are essential for all processes in the human body, regulating various functions, opening the airways, lowering the stress hormone histamine, regulating blood pressure, reducing the pain of headaches and wounds, improving concentration and work efficiency, and preventing colds and various airborne infections.

These two devices are not compatible in one device because an air ioniser needs a high voltage (4500V) to break the (carbon) atom and release the negative ion, and a low power (1.6 W). Conversely, a humidifier needs a higher power (usually about 40 W) and a low voltage (110 - 220 V). A combined device with a high voltage and a higher power would be life-threatening! So the ionisation button does not actually bring ionisation in the real sense. We have tested some of these devices with an ionoscope (i.e. a device that measures the presence of negative ions), which has not detected the presence of negative ions.

To purify the air and achieve therapeutic effects, huge amounts of negative ions must be present. The source of ionisation must be outwardly visible, not hidden, so that the negative ions have a free path and are not destroyed by collisions with obstacles.

Why is the IONEX air ioniser more expensive than other air ionisers?

The price of the ioniser reflects the value of the high quality materials incorporated in them, especially the unique carbon brush, and the high cost of production and development. The carbon brush is the most important part of the ioniser, enabling the IONEX air ioniser to be used for a long time (the lifetime of the appliance is more than 10 years). Unlike other ionisers on the market, which operate on metal needles, plasma or membranes, the IONEX ioniser never emits harmful ozone, which is made possible precisely by its patented and unique IONEX carbon brush. The price also reflects the high cost of the measurements and attestations carried out (RoHS, TÜV, GS, etc. certification fees).

Do I need to turn the ioniser off? Can I use the ioniser in the bathroom?

The ioniser can be switched on all the time. Or you can move it from room to room (during the day in the living room or kitchen, and in the evening before bedtime in the bedroom or children's room) to purify the air throughout your apartment/house.

Of course, the IONEX Air Ioniser can also be safely installed in bathrooms or other places with higher humidity. We have tested the performance of the ioniser in humid and hot environments using a climate test, and have proven that humidity does not affect the performance of the ioniser, nor does it cause any dangerous situations. It is particularly recommended for use in bathrooms without windows. It prevents bad and stuffy air and the formation of mould. As it is usually a small room, it is sufficient to ionise the air in the bathroom twice a week for a few hours.

Does the IONEX Ioniser emit ozone? Some air ionisers are known to emit ozone.
Negative ion measurements were performed at the Institute for Occupational Safety and Health - ZVD, which prove that the IONEX ionizer does not emit ozone that is harmful to health. The measurement is available in Slovenian and English. 
How big a room does the IONEX Air Ioniser clean?

The effectiveness of cleaning depends mainly on air pollution. In general, one IONEX air ioniser can clean an entire house or apartment if you move it from one room to another. If the air is normally polluted (e.g. a flat in the city), the ioniser can clean a room of 100 m^2 in 3-4 hours. If, for example, there is a smoker in the room, it takes longer (about 6-8 hours) to clean the air in the same room. For less polluted air, the ioniser can clean up to 80m^2 of open space. For rooms where there are a lot of people (such as offices, waiting rooms, hotel lobbies, public places), it is better to use several ionisers at the same time because the air is full of bacteria, viruses, odours, dust, etc.). We recommend that the ioniser is switched on continuously, whether it is used at home, at work or elsewhere. This way, pollution is removed from the air continuously and when the sun shines into the room, the floating dust particles that are normally detected will no longer be visible in the sun's rays.

Are there any restrictions or precautions when using the ioniser (is there any case for which the ioniser is not recommended?)

No. The ioniser can be used without restrictions by all age groups and for all health conditions, but it is especially recommended for asthmatics, people with allergies, high blood pressure, weak immune systems, people under stress, children, during flu and winter seasons to defend against infectious diseases, in public areas, etc.

What is the lifetime of an IONEX Air Ioniser? Does the carbon brush need to be replaced at any time?

The lifetime of an IONEX ioniser is more than 10 years. The carbon brush does not need replacing, but it should be cleaned at least once a month or more if you have cigarette smoke indoors.

Clean it by unplugging the ioniser and wiping the housing and carbon brush with a slightly damp soft cloth, preferably microfibre. This will prevent the brush from becoming sticky and dirty. This dirt would hinder the negative ions from being able to be released effectively and a reduced air cleaning effect could be observed. If the brush is hard and sticky to the touch, a small amount of mild soap can be used to dissolve the dirt. Make sure to wipe off all soapy water and allow the brush to dry. Once dry, spread the individual carbon fibres as wide as possible. The carbon brush must be completely dry before plugging the appliance back into the electricity. Please also refer to the section on maintenance and cleaning of the ioniser for details.

How do I know when the air is sufficiently neutralised?

It's not so much about neutralisation as about removing pollution from the air. Negative ions attach to all airborne particles such as dust, cigarette smoke, bacteria, viruses, odours, dust mite droppings and other allergens. The bound particle is heavy and falls to the ground due to gravity. Because of their weight, these ionised particles cannot rise into the air again and can no longer be inhaled - this prevents the accumulation of dirty particles in the lungs and other tissues, which can never be removed and are the main cause of various respiratory diseases.

Too many positive ions are known to be dangerous to human health. I wonder if the same applies to too many negative ions? Does the ioniser have a timer to turn itself off?

Large amounts of negative ions are certainly not harmful to human health, but quite the opposite: they are very beneficial, improving the general immune system, lowering stress hormone histamine levels, regulating blood pressure, improving mood and cell vitality.

If huge amounts of negative ions were in any way dangerous, people would not feel so well and invigorated, e.g. at waterfalls, especially at Niagara Falls, where the highest concentration of negative ions in the world has been measured, or in other places where there are lots of negative ions (by the sea, rivers, forests, in karst caves, after storms, etc.).

No timer is needed to switch off, as there are never too many negative ions. In fact, we had to put a lot of effort into getting the maximum amount of negative ions.

How do I check if my KISS YOU polarity brush is working?

Checking the operation of the polarity toothbrush is very easy. You just need to press the button located at the bottom of the handle. As soon as this is done, the indicator light located above the metal plate should light up. The light will not be on during brushing. Also, do not press the button while brushing. The test check is done before brushing.

Product prices do not include customs and import duties, which vary from country to country. These are your responsibility. If you refuse to accept the shipment you have purchased, the courier may return the items to IONEX Ltd. If this happens, IONEX Ltd. may have to pay the courier in respect of additional return costs, including customs and import duties, which would be payable by you. We will deduct these costs from the amount owed to you.

When can I expect delivery?

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:30. You will be informed of the approximate delivery time by the delivery company via email or SMS notification if you indicated them when you placed your order. Delivery is not possible only on weekends, public holidays and other public holidays. If you miss the courier, he will leave you a note that he has unsuccessfully attempted to deliver your parcel and will leave his telephone number to contact him and tell him your parcel number. The courier can also leave your parcel at a nearby Petrol station or post office, where you can pick it up with your parcel number, which you will receive in an SMS/email notification.

In severe weather conditions and during the festive season, there may be slight delays in delivery, so please be understanding.

How do I collect my order/package?

We understand that you may not be at home to pick up your parcel; therefore, another person may pick it up on your behalf. Alternatively, you can arrange with the courier to drop it off at a nearby service station or post office.

Please note that your delivery preferences (e.g. a specific delivery time) are only preferences and are not guaranteed to be implemented.

If you are not at home during the delivery, the courier will leave a message with your contact number so you can let us know when it is convenient for you to have the parcel delivered again, or redirect it to a nearby Petrol station or post office.

Do you send to postal addresses?

Unfortunately, deliveries to postal addresses in the flat cannot be made.

Have you received a refund for my product?

Please allow one week for your parcel to be returned to IONEX Ltd. Upon arrival, we will send you a confirmation email. You will receive a follow-up email once the return has been processed. If you have not heard from us within 14 working days, please contact our customer service with your order number and details of the returned items. To avoid delays and misunderstandings, please use our returns form, which can be found under the Returns section. Only undamaged products in their original packaging may be returned. Personal hygiene products (toothbrushes and hairbrushes) cannot be withdrawn from the contract (cannot be returned) unless they do not work.

How do I return a product?

Can I exchange the product?

Product exchanges are not possible, except in the event of a malfunction within the warranty period of the individual product. Such exchanges must be accompanied by an invoice or a duly completed warranty card.

Personal hygiene products (toothbrushes and hairbrushes) cannot be withdrawn from the contract (they cannot be returned within 14 days without a reason) unless they do not work, in which case we will exchange them for a new one.

What is the refund policy of IONEX Ltd?

Therefore, if you change your mind about your purchase made remotely via the online shop, you can return the product to us under the following conditions:

  • You must notify your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.
  • Product (not from the personal care category!) must be returned within 14 days after you have communicated your withdrawal from the contract.
  • Items must not be damaged, used or scratched.
  • The products must be returned in their original undamaged packaging with the relevant instructions or other documents.
  • Do not stick labels on the original packaging, but put it in a bag / other packaging / bubble wrap first.
  • Return the product at your own expense.
  • Keep proof of sending in case you lose your parcel. Without this, we will not be able to process your return.
  • We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our return policy.

How long after delivery can I return the product?

You can return products (except personal hygiene products - brushes, toothbrushes) within 28 days of delivery (you must notify us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery and then return the product within 14 days). Returned items must be in undamaged and unused condition, in their original packaging.

Is my payment information secure?

You can be sure that shopping online at www.ionex.si is safe. Our website has an SSL security certificate, which is designed to secure the data transmitted between the server and the website visitor's browser. Credit, debit and debit cards are processed through the reliable Swipe Payment Gateway system.
Security is very important to us, which is why our website includes our own encryption software so that we can always ensure the security of critically sensitive information such as your name, address and credit/debit card details. The information transmitted between your computer and our website cannot be read if it is intercepted by someone else.

Which payment methods do you allow?

We have several payment options (Slovenia):

  • Credit and debit cards
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer to TR (according to the invoice sent to you by the system at the time of ordering)
  • Cash on delivery
  • Cash on delivery by bank card (bank charges are included in the service, so the delivery fee is more expensive).

Personal pick-up is possible at the IONEX store, Slomškova 25, 1000 Ljubljana, Monday to Friday between 9 am and 4 pm.

Why can't I access or order from your website?

Oh, dear! We are sorry to hear that you have encountered technical problems with our website. We recommend that you update your operating system regularly. If that doesn't work, try using a different browser and clearing your cache.

Why isn't my discount code working?

Your code:  Did you enter the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, please try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before purchase.

Date of validity: Please refer to the terms and conditions of the discount code to check if this offer is still valid.

Products: Occasionally we offer discounts on only certain selected items and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the code. Your code may not apply to your selected product.

Unique codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code and you can only use the code once.

How do I use a discount code?

Once you have added the selected product to your online basket, you need to press "View basket", enter the discount code in the field provided and press "Apply discount code". Then proceed to the checkout and payment process.

Your discount applies only to products in the regular offer and is not added to products already on sale or to exclusive offers. It does not apply to shipping costs, any customs or import duties when shipping abroad,

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

Discount codes are not cumulative and cannot be used in combination with other discounts and promotions (unless specifically stated). Only one discount code may be used per order.

Why was my order cancelled?

Our products sell very quickly due to high demand and occasionally an item you have just ordered is out of stock. These cases are rare. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to check whether you wish to adjust or cancel your order. If your order contains multiple products, we will send you the ones that are in stock and deliver the remainder of your order at a later date when the product is back in stock, or refund your money.

Can I change my order?

We process orders quite quickly (except on weekends and public holidays) to ensure that your order is received as soon as possible. You can make any changes to your order before clicking "Proceed to checkout", after which you will not be able to make any further changes to your order.

If you notice an error, you can report it to us by email ionex@ionex.si and quote your order number, or call us if you have placed your order within the opening hours of the online shop (Monday - Friday between 9am and 4pm). Where is my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You can also contact our customer service team (via email ionex@ionex.si) who will provide you with information on the status of your shipment, or you can contact the courier company DPD, through which we ship your orders. Orders are usually dispatched by 1pm on the same day and are available for next day delivery, including weekends and public holidays. Late orders are dispatched the next (working) day or upon receipt of payment. if payment is made on account.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe from the IONEX Newsletter?

To keep up to date with the latest news, promotions and, above all, to be informed about all our products, sign up for our newsletter. You can do this by entering your email address in the sign-up box on our website and clicking "Sign up".

If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, there are two ways to do so:

  • Scroll to the bottom of any of our emails and click "Unsubscribe from all future correspondence".
  • Log in to your shopping account and click on Newsletter subscriptions and select Unsubscribe.
Can I close my account?

You can close your account by contacting our customer service team at ionex@ionex.si with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address used to log in to your account
  • Your billing address
  • Your date of birth

Once we have received this information, we will close your account and send you a confirmation email. However, we may still keep information about you for administrative, tax and audit purposes and retain evidence of the purchase agreement with you for as long as we are required to keep it by law. If you would like to find out what information we hold about you, please contact our Customer Service team.

Why can't I log in to my user account?

Make sure you have entered the correct username and password to log in to your account. If you have forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot password" link to reset it.

If you still have problems accessing your account, please contact our customer support team.

How do I change the information in my user account?

You can change your details by logging in. Simply click on "Edit details / edit address". On this page you can change your personal details, password and address.

How do I reset my password?

To log in to your account, select "Edit your details" and then select the "Change password" box. A drop-down list will appear asking you to enter your old password and then select your new password before clicking "Save". Your password will now be updated.

You can create an account to shop on our website. This allows you to save having to fill in your details every time you shop with us.
